Welcome to K&R Drywalling LTD. Before working with us, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. These outline how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from our clients in return.
1. Service Area
K&R Drywalling LTD proudly serves communities across Northwestern Ontario, including Fort Frances, Rainy River, Thunder Bay, Dryden, Kenora, Sioux Lookout, and surrounding areas. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service range.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are free and based on the details provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope or conditions change. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Project Scheduling
We aim to begin projects on the agreed-upon start date. However, timelines may shift due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen factors. We'll communicate any changes as early as possible.
4. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the quoting process.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. All drywall services are backed by a 1-Year Warranty on cracks or defects caused by workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by other trades, structural movement, or moisture issues unrelated to our work.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about project scope and access
Ensuring the job site is safe, accessible, and ready for drywall work
Communicating any concerns or changes in a timely manner
7. Photo & Video Use
With client permission, we may photograph or film completed work for use in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. Let us know if you’d prefer your project remain private.
8. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please give us as much notice as possible. We understand life happens—we just ask for open communication.
